Ground Free Flow: this is an accessible and welcoming class designed for all levels, especially those looking for a safe and supportive way to move. This class combines simple standing and chair-based yoga poses to help improve balance, flexibility, and strength - no need to get on the floor. Whether you're new to yoga or looking for a gentle way to stay active, this class offers a calm, uplifting environment to support your well-being.
Functional Fitness: where we integrate muscle-toning strength exercises with cardio drills and of course incorporate core movements. This class is designed with every BODY in mind. We have levels to modify or progress each exercise making it perfect for all fitness levels.
Yoga Pilates Blend: where we combine the best elements of both yoga and pilates practices, creating a workout that enhances flexibility, core strength, balance, and mind-body awareness. Each session is carefully designed to challenge your body and ignite your spirit.
Family Fit & Flow: is an interactive class designed to get everyone moving! Through a mix of dynamic exercises, playful yoga poses, and breath work, we’ll build strength, flexibility, and relaxation all in a fun and supportive environment.
During the Fitness portion we use light cardio & playful movements to get the energy flowing. Integrating individual and partner exercises and functional movements we build strength, coordination and endurance.
During our Yoga we incorporate simple, fun yet effective poses to improve balance, flexibility, and focus. Each class ends with a brief mindfulness moment using breathing techniques to help everyone reset and recharge.
