PT Package - typically based on 8 week cycle

Includes:

  • consultation
  • 2 individualized workout programs (4 weeks each) complete with stretches
  • 8 in person sessions (or Zoom)
  • complete with full breakdwn of each exercise, modification options and form check
  • access to 2 free bootcamp/yoga classes (excludes Goat Yoga)
  • 25% discount on goat yoga
